New - Remote Online Notarization now available via Google Meets. Your closing paralegal will send you your closing documents in advance. You will meet with your closing paralegal online to go over and sign your closing documents. You will then overnight your closing documents to our office so that we can finish the notarization, closing, and recording process on our end. *Stipulations apply. This service is only available for signers who are physically located in North Carolina. Our office cannot record documents without the original, wet-signed papers. This means that deed recording would take place the day after our remote online notarization video meeting (or possibly the same day if Realtor is willing to deliver the original documents to our office).
