Did you know? Wire fraud continues to increase year after year as technology, hacking and phishing schemes become more prevalent and sophisticated. Be aware: internet thieves are hard at work, trying to steal your money.
Due to the imminent threats pertaining to this risk to our client funds, it is our strict and non-negotiable policy that we cannot accept wire transfer instructions by email.
We can accept wire instructions through the following channels:
1. In person, in one of our three office locations
2. With the original signed and notarized closing documents sent to us via UPS or Fedex.
We can NOT accept wire instructions by email. Not only does email pose an extremely high risk and probability of fraud, cyber fraud insurance does not cover or insure wire transfers when data is transmitted by email correspondence.
